Damages and Shortages
Any shipments with visible carton damages or shortages must be noted as “damaged” or “short” on the bill of lading and signed by the personnel receiving the product. If there is obvious product damage to the shipment upon receipt, refuse the shipment and note on the bill of lading “damaged and refused” before signing. Failure to note shortages and damages on the bill of lading and/or failure to notify Factory Warehouse within five (5) working days after shipment receipt constitutes a waiver of claim. |
Shipping Information
Many items/orders will ship via truck and not UPS. Truck deliveries are “tailgate” only, meaning that the driver will bring your merchandise to the tailgate of the truck and “you” will be responsible for unloading your merchandise and getting it into your facility. Inside delivery service is available for an additional charge and must be requested when ordering. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-252-1023 for more information. |
Before Signing for Delivery...
It is very important that you inspect your items for visible or hidden damage. Be sure to note any damage on the shipping paperwork. If you have damaged items, please call us within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

*Inside delivery and liftgate service is to be worked out between the customer and the trucking company with additional charges applicable.

Returns and Cancellations
