Shipping and Returns
Damages and Shortages Any shipments with visible carton damage or shortages must be noted as "damaged" or "short" on the bill of lading and signed by the personnel receiving the product. If there is obvious product damage to the shipment upon receipt, refuse the shipment and note on the bill of lading "damaged and refused" before signing. Failure to note shortages and damages on the bill of lading and/or failure to notify Factory Warehouse within five (5) working days after shipment receipt constitutes a waver of claim.

Shipping Information Freight will be quoted at time of order. Some items can ship UPS while others ship via a truck line carrier. All truck line quotes are assumed to be standard tailgate delivery unless specified at time of quote. Extra charges apply for drop gate service and inside delivery.

Returns and Cancellations Please call to request return authorization. Returns may be subject to freight charges and restocking charges. Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
